The proud and amazing mother!

I could write a page or two about each day, each picture, each moment.  But for  now I will just say being a grandma is fun and watching the process of your daughter becoming a mother is amazing!  I have never been so proud of her.  I have never been so grateful for her caring and loving husband.  I have never been so happy!

THE OTHERS?!  Yep! They are in Arizona--loving every skype.
Scott was home for the weekend.  He was able to start his mission papers.  He did a lot on his own and Jay helped also.  He went to the dentist and the doctor.  His best friend, Hunter, got home from his mission and they had some fun together.  He has flown back to Salt Lake now.  He plans to come to Idaho this weekend and meet Bowen in person!

Amy is working.  Loves every update and picture of Bowen.  She will LOVE meeting him in person!  She will be a fabulous Aunt and, like me, will hate the thought of coming home.  She got a new church calling and will be planning some fun activities!

Jason is recovering from knee surgery without any complaints.  Physical therapy has been good and he has played some basketball and the knee feels GREAT, he says!  He loves the pictures too and comments on how very cute his nephew is!

Jay is amazing!  He should be here, but is patiently (?) waiting a few more weeks to hold this little guy.  He is very supportive and loves the thought of being Grandpa.  It will really feel great when he meets Bowen and holds him.  I imagine them sitting in front of the heater just bonding!  I LOVE JAY!  Happy Valentines Day Jay!  I miss you!

These past days have once again helped me realize that
Family is Central to Heavenly Father's Plan.
And that plan is perfect...

with love,
Lori
